Continued Care from Oakville Ltd provide a range of services individually tailored to the needs of our clients. These services are flexible and range from as little as 30 minutes per day to full 24 hour care.

We provide 24 hour support as we appreciate the need for an on on-call service. An on call co-ordinator is always available to offer assistance.

This service has been specifically developed to provide care, at reasonable rates, to those who wish to remain in the community

Þ Travel will be charged as applicable

Þ The sleepover service includes up to a maximum of two calls per shift

Þ Public Holidays are charged at double the advertised basic rate

Þ If two or more carers are required the individual applicable hourly rate per person will be charged

Þ Prices correct at time of publishing– January 2005

Þ The management reserves the right to withdraw any of the advertised services at any time without prior notification
